A 62 year old lady presented with abdominal pain. A point of care ultrasound was performed which showed a hypoechoic rounded structure in head of pancreas which could be a tumour or a cyst. It was confirmed to be a pancreatic pseudocyst on CT. The lesion is not a vessel as it does not fill with colour.
